We had an amazing stay! The staff are very helpful and friendly! We had the opportunity to take in the spa experience below the hotel and we were not disappointed! Wonderful hotel!

The hotel is okay for a quick overnight in an area with limited hotel availability. I did not like the location of my single room (right off the lobby where men were smoking cigars and congregating). The very sweet receptionist changed our rooms three times due to cleanliness issues and beds were unmade in one room. We ate in the hotel dining room where a traveling soccer team was also staying. The menu was only in Italian and stuff did not speak English but a nice man next to us helped explain the menu and I had a very good regional dish. Dining room and menu is very basic. Breakfast only okay.

Our bathrooms were not as clean as we like them to be. We had to switch rooms. Mattresses were hard pillows flat.
Desk clerk was fantastic she took care of the problems and was very nice about it!

Typical business airport hotel
Posted 11 Jul 2022 on HotelsThis is a typical, new and modern business hotel for travelers going through the airport. It has a nice pool and the beds are comfortable. Everything feels spacious, quiet and new. The bathroom is big, but whoever installed the rainfall shower didn't think through the design, because the shower head is closer to the open side of the shower than the closed side, so water sprays out onto the floor, no matter how carefully you shower.
We didn't have breakfast because our flight was too early, but we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was disappointingly limited in its options and after viewing the menu, we considered going elsewhere. Trouble is, the hotel is pretty isolated, except for a shopping mall, which didn't have good food options either.
For convenience to the airport and having a good night's sleep before your flight, this was pretty ideal.
