Staff were excellent. The hotel was very noisy at night. We were on the first floor. Families with kids on the second floor jumping on the floor above. Horrible. We did complain and our room was changed. It didn’t make any difference, still noisy. Even after the quiet hours we’re supposed to be in affect (10:00pmnto 7:00am). I won’t likely rebook with the hotel

This property was amazing as it’s very accommodating to families of 4 with their family suites. Our kids loved the pool with the slide. Was warm and clean.

Hotel is a bit older but clean, we got below ground room, Was ok but still felt like basement
We just here for one night so will live

Rooms were clean and spacious. I was only there to sleep and get going so o can't comment too much. Breakfast was a bit lacking but passable.
