The cleaning was not done properly, they will sometimes change linen only and leave the bathroom and toilet as well as the floor dirty

I loved this hotel. Amazing interior, quiet and intimate bar with friendly French staff! Amazing night crew/team. Lucas(bartender) and the night manager Atiq! Lovely rooms with comfy beds and great food and drinks! I will Definitely will come back!!!

Great option for Geneva airport

I booked this hotel purely for the reason that it was a 6 minute drive from the airport and I had a 12 hour layover. I didn’t expect it to cost me 35CHF in each direction to get to and from the airport. There is mention of a bus but when you have to be at the airport at 5am, it’s not something you want to deal with. Ubers don’t come here so at the mercy of the taxis- I’m used to nyc prices but $35 for a 6 minute drive! Should have spent a bit more and stayed but lake Geneva. The lady at reception couldn’t have been nicer, helpful, very kind. My room unfortunately faced the road/airport so could hear places taking off. There was a hair in my bed and the plug in the bath tub was permanently down. Nothing like some cold bath water to stand in for your morning shower. I am sure had I complained she would have moved me but as I was there so short a time I didn’t want to bother.

After a pleasant arrival and first nights sleep, prior to leaving the hotel i discussed at lrnght with the Manager Claudia from Sardinia. I explained that my travel arrangements had changed and i was heading to the United Nations offices, that i required a further nights stay. I was required to make a small transaction to confirm the reservation. Everything was fine approximately 6 hours later, on my return, i was informed that no rooms were available. I was shocked and explained that my luggage was still in my bedroom and that i had paid a deposit with Claudia iearlier in the morning. The man, eho previously explained that he had served in the American military didnt care and was ibnoxoius, rude and very unpleasant. After 1 hour of me trying to arrange alternative arrangements, the evening msnager called the police. I explained that i wanted to film events because it was extreme and i didn't want any grey areas with him lying to the police. The duty manager refused permission. Perhaps 15 minutes later the police arrived and i briefly explained the predicament. The police officer was polite and professional. After approximately 5 minutes the two police officers left the hotel reception and came outside where i was stood. I was shouted at and explocity told to move from the hotel. I explained that my luggage was in the bedroom and i hadn't done anything the officer shouted again, i had to leave. It was now approximately 01.30 and i had not wifi connection became of severe
