"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "

So we got almost no sleep. We also got no apology or offer of free breakfast or anything to acknowledge the disturbance. I had also sent messages 2x before our stay via the Expedia app with questions and they were never answered. That was disappointing too. "
