This is one of the very few hotels in the region. The bed was very hard. The staff was pleasant and attentive.

Good, but probably great after the renovation

All was well, people were friendly, easy parking, and several restaurants and coffee bars on their doorsteps, but the building is being renovated (new windows I believe) so you could be awoken by construction work. I did find that the current windows are not so soundproof, and the junction on which the hotel lies is quite busy with traffic.

This is an excellent option for Lisbon- it's close enough to the city center to be convenient while being far enough away that it has on-site parking which, trust me, is a big deal. The room was decently sized with a very comfortable bed and a strong hot shower. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. The property was undergoing construction work and so the entire facade had scaffolding covering it but it didn't affect the quality of my stay. The only criticisms I have is that there was nowhere in the bathroom to store towels or even a toilet paper holder, and the included breakfast was decent but not great. Neither of these were deal breakers and for the money, I can definitely recommend the Sao Laurenco as a base for your stay in Lisbon. Also, there's an excellent restaurant just a 2 minute walk from the hotel with other good dining options close by as well.

The breakfast was ok. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a box spring matress. I could hear hallway noise and you had to slam the door to shut it.

Une bonne halte

Un bon compromis pour une halte, proche de Lisbonne, à 3/4 d’euros, rapport qualité prix, grande chambre 2 lits jumeaux, salle de bains douche correcte, Clim, télé, parking. La situation au rond-point reste un inconvénient , pas mal de PL y passent, les fenêtres fermées offrent une bonne isolation phonique. Je n’ai pas pris de petit déjeuner. Des restaurants alentours, Burger King, Mac do, Intermarché, Aldi et Auchan sont à quelques minutes. pompe à essence juste à côté de l’hôtel. Je termine par la gentillesse et l’accueil des 2 réceptionnistes. Une dernière chose, l’hôtel se situe bien à côté du rond-point.

Estadia a Três: Altos e Baixos

A nossa estadia a três pessoas teve os seus altos e baixos. Infelizmente, encontramos vários aspetos negativos na acomodação. As janelas do nosso quarto não eram isoladas, permitindo que o ruído da rua perturbasse o nosso descanso. Além disso, havia um cheiro de esgoto persistente na casa de banho, agravado pelo não funcionamento do ventilador. A torneira da casa de banho estava solta, o chuveiro acumulava calcário e bolor, e uma fuga de água abaixo do ar-condicionado causava bolhas na parede. O aumento de 20% nos preços em relação ao ano anterior foi desagradável, assim como o pequeno-almoço básico. No entanto, também houve aspetos positivos: as camas eram confortáveis, o quarto e a casa de banho eram espaçosos, e o ar-condicionado foi uma vantagem. A equipa do hotel foi simpática e prestativa, e havia estacionamento disponível nas proximidades. Embora a internet fosse fraca, a localização próxima a zonas comerciais era conveniente. Resumindo, a estadia teve altos e baixos. Se os aspetos negativos forem corrigidos, o hotel pode ser uma opção para estadias curtas de passagem, mas não é recomendado para estadias de longo prazo.

Ao fazemos uma avaliação temos de ter em conta o valor que pagamos e por isso em termos de qualidade/preço dou nota máxima! Para o nosso objetivo serviu perfeitamente e voltava a reservar. Para quem procure algo silencioso, efetivamente pelo menos para já (o hotel está a fazer remodelações) não está nesse patamar. Já ficamos nos novos quartos com nova cama e casa de banho moderna, mas ainda se ouve muito de quarto para quarto e as janelas podiam ser revistas para não se ouvir tanto os carros da rua. Provavelmente por causa dos preços baixos, e embora o hotel não tenha culpa, acabamos por ter algum azar de uns miúdos nos quartos ao lado, começarem e meter música tanto no sábado como no domingo as 7:30 da manhã.

Nettes Personal und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Waren 3 Personen für eine Nacht dort. Gratis und genug Parkplätze. Einfaches aber ausreichendes Frühstück. Das Hotel wird aktuell renoviert, da wir am Wochenende dort waren hatte dies aber keinen Einfluss.

L'hotel é cômodo ed accogliente. Per me ha una posizione strategica quando vado a trovare i parenti a Samora. Essendo economico e decoroso posso passare qualche giorno con loro senza disturbare con l'ospitalità. Mi sono sempre trovata bene e sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili.
