The first front desk gentleman was nice and helpful with the check in. Upon entering the room, we discovered stains on the top comforter and even more as we peeled the layers back. The last straw was a few hairs under the comforter. My guest suggested asking for another room, which we did, but after some discussion with the initial front desk gentleman, an older gentleman came out and almost encouraged us to leave and get our refund. My guest didn’t think that was appropriate and suggested that we leave.

I did not like that. I was not able to get to the hotel due to my flight, I was not able to make it Thursday night. I called and the person working the desk told me they changed my arrival date and let the manager know. I arrived on Friday they could not find my reservation, and I had to make a new one. By luck they had a room, which probably was my room. Then for the new reservation I was charged two different rates for the two nights. This had changed my thoughts about Expedia and Quality Inn. Not sure if I will use y'all again!

There was dog hair all over the floor. The sheets had large noticeable stains. The tables and counters did not look as though they had been wiped.

Guy at front desk was so nice. But the elevator wasn’t working and we had lots of luggage to carry so that sucked. And the towels had stains on them (but smelled clean)
