This property was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, although the lighting over the sink wasn't great. The breakfast bar offered many choices and it was well stocked. Everything just looked very clean and well maintained. We stayed in room 325, and I meant to mention to the front desk that the dead bolt would not slide into place when we tried to lock the door. We liked the big bath towels and the mattresses and bedding were so comfortable. If I had anything to suggest, it would be some signage next to road to show where to turn into the property. We weren't sure where to turn. We ended up on some kind of access road that ran between the hotel and the main highway. That wasn't the right way to go. We tried turning into the McDonalds, thinking a road from their parking lot might exist to get over to the hotel. No luck! We finally found the road to turn onto, and had we used our GPS, it probably would have led us to that correct road; but we could see the hotel and thought we could surely find our way to the front entrance. Just a sign next to the drive would have been nice. Anyways, just a thought from a senior citizen! Thank you for your hospitality and pleasant stay.

They over charged me for my stay. I paid thru expedia and they charged me an additional 87.07 waiting on credit

Did not get room type or floor requested...air Conditioning was extremely loud. Bed frame was bent or broken on one end making bed noisy getting in or out of. At least the morni g staff was very pleasant and the breakfast ample and good

The manager, there was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make everything awesome. We were there for the eclipse, and she had special eclipse cookies and purple moon juice, and even had some warm hors d’oeuvres.
She definitely went the extra mile to make this a great weekend for us. I give her five stars.
