We arrived at the hotel around 6 pm but it’s over booked. No room available for us. We have to go to another hotel. And we already paid before we arrived.

However, we have not received any response from you.These information always very important in order to arrange a smooth transportation and arrival. From booking platform and on our page you can see that it is required to inform your arrival details 3 days before arrival.It was a busy period, we agree. And we manage to offer you the room. Once again thank you for the time and comment. We appreciate it.

Terrible good great location beautiful beach

The island, beach and reef are truly fantastic the local people are very nice, the hotel facilities are adequate, air conditioning, hot showers and clean rooms. The hotel offers full board do not take this, the food is appalling, the cheapest possible ingredients are used and only 1 choice if you dont like the offering you have to pay more, in a two week period we had cold instant packet noodles 6 times.Good food at reasonable prices is easily available on the island, which is serviced by 3 passenger/cargo boats and 1 cargo ship a week. The hotel offer trips, if you do not want to take the excursions the hotel management make you feel very unwelcome in this establishment.
