The front desk clerk was great….. once he arrived. No one in lobby on our arrival. And no employee could be found. Unable to check in until front desk clerk arrived to start his shift. The place is very worn out and needs repairs, painting, carpet replacement and general upkeep. Would not recommend this place.

Posted 17 Oct 2023 on HotelsGreat location. Room in rear of hotel room was quiet. Parking underground hotel with elevator to the room. Very large well kept room. Great WiFi signal. Elevator. Great breakfast. The two front desk check-in personal, could have been a little more friendly and inviting. Check-in process took a real long time. Large rather newish bathroom. I would return because of the location and breakfast. Daniel- USA

Juliette at the front desk was excellent. Helped us with many things. The hotel breakfast was robust and tasty. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice place.
