Nice hotel but breakfast needs improvement
Posted 17 Jul 2017 on HotelsOur room was spacious and clean. We even had an outside area to relax.
The bed was very soft. We were charged for a breakfast that we did not intend on buying. (On hotels.com it said breakfast was an extra cost.) We did not think it was a good breakfast. The fruit had been cut a day or two before and was mushy. The bread was dry and the only warm food was scrambled eggs.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately you were not satisfied with everything.
The hardness of the mattresses feels different to every guest. That is why we have an average hardness with our mattresses so that they are neither too soft or too hard.
To the breakfast is to be noted, that we prepare everything the same morning fresh. So the fruit is cut only on the breakfast day. The same is true for bread. We are supplied freshly daily by our bakery.
If you have wishes for breakfast, you can contact our staff at any time, so that your wish is fulfilled.
We would be glad if you are our guest again in the future.

Great location!
Posted 3 Oct 2016 on HotelsFrendly and service minded staff, quick check in. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was large and comfortable. I am sure we will come back.
