They let me reserve a room then none was available. Had to look everywhere and involve Expedia to get a room that had less and itues, was 30 minutes from where I needed to be, and was almost 3 times the cost. This hotel needs to keep up with their reservations when they are closed to full!

I've stayed here multiple times due it's great location. Room was clean but a very strong oder which I assume was part of the cleaning process. Faded in the room but noticeable upon entering back in to it. 1 night stay and I was out for the evening so didn't speak with front desk, assumed this would be in all rooms. I still recommend the hotel. This might have been a one off.
