We were very displeased as we tried to go swimming more than once and there were so many kids horse playing that were NOT guests we brought it to the attention of the girl at the desk and she was not concerned, Also very important we asked for a KING beg suite we were super disappointed to get 2 full size beds suite and they said they did not have a king suite as we reserved...overall I would not stay there again as the pool situation was beyond poor and the staff didn't seem to care at all

From the first phone call to check-in before I got there and everything in between was wonderful!! Kimberly at the front desk is a treasure! I needed more towels, no problem! I had a question about where to eat - a full list was made available, we drove down from Boston and wanted to see if we could get in our room earlier - no problem! Room was clean, cool and smelled fresh! Continental breakfast was available with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and their staff was all smiles! Overall great experience for a short 2-day stay.

Overall, the property was good - clean, easy access, immaculate grounds. The suite was comfortable and roomy. The refresh could have been better. Simply emptied trash, fixed beds and replenished towels and washcloths only partially. The pull out bed my son was using was never tidied up. It was exactly the same as we left it when we returned at the end of night. Floors in the bathroom accumulate hair and debris were never swept. One of the beds had a pillow taken away - not sure why. All little things that are more annoying than anything else. But, as I said overall a good property. This was our second time staying there when visiting.

The property was amazing my only problem was someone kept knocking on the door while we slept. But the pool was the kids favorite.

The hotel was clean and very nice but there wasn’t enough towels for my family to shower. I requested more and they didn’t have any. We had a long day of traveling and once we Checked in I wanted to shower before going to bed and two out of five of my family members did not have a towel to use. I was told I would get some in the morning but we had to leave before they were available. Very disappointed that a hotel would run out of towels?
