Ok but overpriced
Posted 18 Aug 2018Bit disappointed. Room was ok but noisy. Our window was over the car park with Cars pulling in and out all the time over the gravel which was annoying. Also kitchen staff entrance below so smell of cigarettes wafting through window too. I asked to be moved but nothing else available. If we had been on ground floor opposite the pond it would have been lovely as grounds were pretty.

Lovely rural setting

Pros: Pleasant ambience .Comfortable stay.
Cons: Dinner is acceptable but could be improved

Customer Satisfaction Not a Priority!
Posted 21 Jul 2017 on HotelsBooked over 5 weeks in advance before going to our holiday home in France for a month, 2 days before our stay we were emailed to say that because we had dogs we needed to be upgraded to a premium room for an additional charge - this should have been done within 2 days of booking not left sooooo late, giving us an opportunity to cancel.
The cleaners were also suffering with a lack of attention to detail as there was no gel in the shower dispenser, 1 soap between the 2 of us and I had to raid a loo roll from the restaurant toilet.
We ordered our meal and eventually the waitress approached us to ask if we had eaten our starters ... no came the reply ... we had been forgotten!
However the hotel is in lovely grounds, our room (which was suitable for disabled) was spacious and there were french doors that opened onto a patio area.
It was such a shame that the staff weren't trained well enough and didn't consider the possibility of repeat business - basically they have missed out on an opportunity for 10 nights plus dinner & drinks per year from this customer.

Hotel ligt in landelijke omgeving. De kamer was een zolderkamer niet volgens foto op de site. Kamer was schoon. Ontbijt niet gebruikt te duur.
Hotel was zeer modern en clean ingericht daardoor weinig sfeer!

Hôtel très agréable et dans un cadre surprenant on ne s'attend pas à trouver un hôtel de ce style dans un petit village mais proche de toutes les activités à faire dans la région
Personnel très agréable et très sympathique
A l'écoute des besoins des clients et très réactifs
Les services proposés en bien être sont très agréables et le rapport qualité prix est excellent
Chambres très confortables et très agréables
La vue sur un petit étang et le chant des grenouilles et des oiseaux est très reposant et très surprenant quand on arrive sur le parking de l'hôtel on est conquis d'entrée
