Need to invest in some renovations and especially beds. Bed was horrible

Monsieur, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que le lit vous ait déplu. Néanmoins vous êtes le premier client à nous avoir parlé du matelas inconfortable dans cette chambre, nous allons bien sûr y remédier. En effet, il y a un peu plus d'un an que l'hôtel a été repris et des rénovations ont déjà été effectuées, d'autres étant prévues pour les années à venir. Nous vous souhaitons une agréable journée et sommes encore désolés pour ce désagrément. CordialementTatiana

Good 2* hotel with helpful friendly staff

Good friendly staff who helped us find food when we arrived and checked us in early, before 12:00. Parking and wifi were good. The price is very correct for this area and this standard

Attentive staff and hotel located in center of town. Room was comfortable and for my stay, good value. It is waling distance to all areas of the town.

Great cheap and comfy

Check in was smooth and easy.
Wifi is only free for 1 hour. The room needed tea/ coffee station and this would have made it perfect!
Super spacious triple room.very clean and tidy! Decor is a little dated but fresh! It's a great place for a cheap comfy ( beds are awesome) stay just south of annecy!
