We were delighted with our stay. Staff were extremely helpful in many ways. Rooms were nice. Property clean. Easy walk to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar. Rooftop view amazing. Restaurant on rooftop excellent- higher end. Staff also recommended several nearby restaurants not as fancy but excellent food. Everything was great. Recommended to us by a friend and we will recommend to others.

Excellent service from everyone. Cannot thank the staff enough for all their hospitality, the reviews truly mirror the service offered. Mert, Farid, Mehmet, Tafadis, everyone was just excellent. We were 2 adults, 1 baby and they took great care of us from offering great local suggestions and even speaking to Turkish Airlines on our behalf as our baby stroller never arrived with our luggage. Thank you Neorion for your service, will absolutely stay at this hotel again!!! Highly recommended!

Staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went great. We had an early flight from Istanbul and they made sure we had something to eat and drink while on our way. So they packed us sandwiches and drinks to tie us over. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and sweet. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful small hotel right in the middle of all the main sights. The dtaff were really friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast team. Our room, a standard double, was large with a door that opened to a juliette balcony which was lovely to sit and listen to the city. A small seating area was perfect. The pool area although small was a nice relief after a busy day and the Turkish Bath was gorgeous! The roof top was stunning and the restaurant was very good - we ate there twice, although the wine was expensive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and attentive staff. Great breakfast. The sauna, swimming pool, and hammam facilities were excellent and an added bonus.
The location is excellent with easy walking access to the major sites in Istanbul, as well as the tram and ferries.
We didn’t want to leave and were sad when our vacation came to an end.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to public transportation, both the metro and ferryboats. Have stayed at this hotel before and will stay there again. Excellent breakfast selection.
