The property seems to be nice but we woke up to bugs in our room from the trees outside. We reported to the general manager and she said that there was nothing to do about it...that was poor customer service. I even took pictures of the bugs to show her. She still refused to come see the room herself and did not offer any curtiosy.

Restroom ceiling dirty and the seal is coming off around the toilet and bathtub to it’s dirty also. Their was partying going on in the back of the parking lot with loud music. Kept waking up too much noise did not sleep good man was running around outside swearing wasn’t safe. Parking lot looked so dirty. I’ve reserved La Quinta in different states was very clean and quiet but Farmington,NM was so bad I reserved this La Quinta because I thought it would be the same as I went to others.

I was very upset when we checked in and found out that there was no pool for the whole four days stay at this hotel we only checked into this hotel because we thought the pool was going to be open but it was too late to rebook it a different place so we didn't know about it until we got here wish you could have got my money back for this it was very disappointed.

My wife, Nina Grossman, already sent you a note. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had! And we travel cross country a couple of times a year. We tried to check in late at night. It was the front desk person‘s first night on the job. There were several of us waiting online to be checked in and she didn’t know what she was doing. We waited online for an hour past 1AM. We ended up not staying. We’ve always had a good experience with Expedia before this. We would like a full refund. Please get back to me concerning this. Rich Grossman, 732–995-5906. Thank you.

Parking areas at the back of the property poorly maintained. Street people congregate there. Abundant debris from smoking and beer drinking. Front staff unaware of expiry date of credit card when booking the room vs paying for the room. She attempted to put it through with the expired card and did not know to check that the card I handed over upon arrival was valid. I had to spend over 1 hr on the phone with VISA only to find out there was nothing wrong with my card. I had to check in using my travelling companion's card.

Extreme noise all night. Poor parking. Poor breakfast. Most lights were inoperable as were charging ports

Worst La Quinta I have stayed at. Property desperately needs an upgrade...bad part of town as well...many transients rambling around
