The hallway was littered with torn paper when we arrived on Saturday. On Sunday, the torn paper was stil there, along with some (chicken ?) bones. On Monday, some of the bones were gone, but not all, and all the torn paper was still there. Itvwas all still there when we checked out on Tuesday.
Bed was quite uncomfortable.
Elevator is small and smelled of burned wires.
Hot tub was inexplicably "closed" with no indication of why or when it would be operational again. The one waterslide was shaking back and forth as kids went down it. When we got out of the pool we found there were no towels left in the pool area so we had to go back to our room just drenched. The next night when we swam we made sure to check first if there were towels - there were, but they're the size of hand towels so if you want to wrap up in a big towel after a swim, bring your own.
Breakfast was horrendous. No bread or bagels, no toaster, burned powdered eggs. The second day there were a few muffins but they were still frozen. The third day we just went out to eat.
I would not stay here again.

Great staff, extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but has an onsite lounge which is nice. I recommend!

The hallways were dirty, the elevator look very dirty and unsafe to ride in. The hallways smelled like pot. People must be smokin pot in their rooms. On bright side, they did have a good breakfast.

The floor in the room was filthy. I have pictures. If you walked barefoot the bottom of your feet would be black! There was dirt and who knows what else in corners and along the floor by the walls. Very disappointing. I felt a dirty feeling as soon as I walked in and registered.
