While waiting to check in I overheard staff talking that there were at least 20 people staying in three rooms. The other guests were highly intoxicated early in the evening at the pool and very loud. We did not feel safe as there were shady characters staying there.

There was a terrible smell of weed during our entire stay it was awful!! My husband was approached by someone outside for drug money and felt unsafe. The rooms stunk and elevators need to be updated.

If you have never beeen here, you are in for a treat! Absolute out of this world service! Booking the better room may seem good, but don't take your shoes off! Overall 3.25 ot of 5!

We loved the pool. All the staff was friendly and helpful . It was very clean.
I didnt like that we didnt have a window to the outside.

Logan the check in dude was awesome. Helpful and kind! There was a tattoo convention at the hotel. I brought my 3 grandkids. The room very outdated , very dirty in corners, carpets were stained. No extra blanklets. Very limited channels to watch. I travel with my grandkids frequently. By no means expect perfection, but it was scary. Pounding on our door in middle of the night. I won’t recommend this place for anyone. I will be requesting a refund, but the front staff was truly commendable.
