The outside property is not kept up. The room floors were very dirty, flooring bad. There were no mattress pads on the beds. After inspection, the beds seemed new and were comfy. The fire alarm went off at 4:30 a.m. No one responded to tell us it was a false alarm. There was also a banging noise the whole time which must have been a vent on the roof.

The pool looks permanently closed. The halls and rooms all smelled like smoke. The bed sunk in the middle and the remote didnt work for the tv.

We inspect every room before we rent the room. There were no issues or smells in the rooms. I went and personally checked the remote for the tv after you checked out and it does work. Thank you for your stay.

The room was disgusting. Bedding was dirty and room not cleaned well very nasty and run down.

Finally got into a room that was kinda clean on the 4th try. Very poor condition and very dirty! I paid through Expedia so I wasn't eligible for a refund. If i could have I definitely would have. Staff was great.
