Quiet night of sleeping. Room was clean and had towels and toiletries. Breakfast bar excellent. Easy to get luggage into room as each one had its own sliding door. Smoke detector in ceiling blinked all night. Lobby smelled like smoke and must. Room across the hall was missing a door handle. Overall not bad for the price of the stay

it seems like maybe understaffed? or just dont care, windows and toilets look uncleaned for some time.

We are trying to check in and the credit card machine keeps saying everyone’s cards are declined when we tried 5 different cards. The rooms were all paid for and the only issue was a deposit. We have been staying there for 2 weeks! We obviously are repeating customers and have not stolen or caused damage over the last 19 days we have been there. Horrible customer service. Common sense should have just given my employees their room and dealt with me one on one.
