The staff was great, but our room was awful. Thankfully we only stayed one night. When we got to our room the air conditioning was off, despite it being a 90 degree day. The room never did cool down - the air felt like it didn't leave the one-foot space around the unit (and we slept in the bed right next to it). The room also felt run down. There was mildew all around the caulking in the shower, the tile was cracked and missing grout on the floor, and there were random splatter marks on the mirror and walls. Ultimately, I feel like it's a mixture of the hotel needing renovation and the cleaner not being detail-oriented. I hate not giving good reviews, but we were sorely disappointed with our stay.

Room was in disrepair. Broken bathroom floor tiles, broken door lock, paint peeling on walls, refrigerator was dirty. Just overall didn't feel clean or well kept.

This property was very dirty. Paint chipped off the walls. Dirty old carpet. Hairs in the shower. Dirt in all corners. I’ll pay more to stay at a nicer facility.

It was clean and it smelled good. When we went to make up the sofa bed, there were no covers to make the bed. Went downstairs to get bedding and was told that they would get us a blanket (no sheets and no pillow). The blanket had hair all over it and we couldn’t use it because hair was getting on us. When asked if we could get a pillow for the sofa bed they said they didn’t have any and that it should be in our closet. We didn’t have any there and told them that. Still did not get any pillow. Door latch also broke off in our hand when we went to secure it for the night. It was suppose to have 4 screws in it, but it only had one.
