We felt overall for the price everything was fine! The room was pretty clean if you didn’t look too close. The carpet needs to be cleaned or updated. The beds were comfortable, but the people above us one night were on the noisy side. Something was squeaky , but not what you think. The staff did a good job emptying our garbage and replacing towels each day. The breakfast was good but it would be better if it went at least until 10. Ending at 9, made you feel like you had to get up, shower and rush down there instead of relax on vacation.

The room itself was clean but in poor condition. The a/c didn't work well, the toilet barely flushed, the TV and remote barely worked. It sounded like a group of cloggers were staying in the room above us.

I've filed a claim (which Expedia is looking into now) because I had a reservation for two rooms, but upon checking in the front desk said I only booked one through Expedia and made me book an additional room. They are now trying to charge me for three! This hotel was, in a word: disgusting. My room smelled like mildew and cat urine and my daughter's room had a gaping hole in the wall (cleverly hidden behind a chair) and mold all over the bathroom. There was nothing 'quality' about this Quality Inn.
