Dirty Was only one queen bed and one double bed not two queens beds Call and go to front office at 9 pm no was there locked up, no one would answer phone TV was messed up

Horrible but friendly staff

The comforter had something red and hard on it. The trash can was dirty with no bag. The refrigerator didnt work and was moldy. The microwave was old and dirty on the inside. The sheets were full of lint and hair.

Terrible!! Dirty and disgusting!

I have stayed at many budget friendly places in several countries and this is by far the most uncleanly place I have ever seen!!! Some hairs and some stains on the linens are to be expected but this was unacceptable. Dirty & dusty. Lots of hair! Mold on the shower certain and in the heater/air conditioner. The place needs a major deep clean!

Representative called us as we had not arrived at the property on the evening of our check in date. Explained we were running late due to snow storm which they insisted on getting an arrival time from us, which shouldn't matter as they advertise 24/7 front desk, (this is one of the reasons we booked here). I advised that we should arrive around 11pm, which the rep said if no one is there, call the number on the door. As we pull up a little after expected, we see 3 police officers interacting with occupants ultimately arresting one of them that looked like she was definitely on drugs. We also see the office is closed and call the number listed on the door which no one answered as well as called the number that the rep called from and also no answer. The following day I see that they charged me for no show which i called them again but no answer as well as reached out to Expedia who also reached out to them with no response as well so I ultimately disputed the charge (sorry Expedia if this hits you Expedia but I tried) They need to either update their front desk hours or make sure someone is there as stated so people don't arrive in the middle of the night and end up paying triple the amount for one night at another location as I did.

We ended up not staying in the room because there was black mold on the shower curtains, and we were all coughing within 15 minutes of entering the room. Would not recommend this hotel.

Motel was clean, but in need of updates in bathrom. A very good value for the money rather than the high priced chains. Supposed to have a free breakfast and at least coffee which were not available. Office was locked at 7:30 a.m. so no morning coffee.

The Orbitz ad clearly stated a breakfast was provided. I made my non-refundable payment...and there is no breakfast. Also Wifi doesn't work. And the front desk charged me a $50 incidental fee, to be refunded if there is no room damage; also another payment for the room charge. I will be watching my credit card charges.
