Front desk was unprofessional and there were no extra towels. The hotel was very noisy.

The place was great but there were not any bath towels or washcloths in the room when we checked in. They did not give us any for the next day. I had to go to the front desk for everything. It is noisy in the mornings

The first room they gave me was beyond dirty. Someone had just checked out and they gave me the same room. The second room the tub was dirty and when I called to have someone come clean it i was told housekeeping was gone for the day. Terrible experience just for a one night stay. And to fix the problem i was given a free coke to drink for my troubles. Do not book here.

This hotel is very nice, the staff was helpful. I love their breakfast, in my opinion its better than what most offer. Lavida did a great job preparing the food and keeping it fresh. Denise at the front desk had great spirits and very welcoming.

No bedding for pull out couch. Would not deliver to room. AC didnt work. Finally agreed to move us to a new room. Just overall lacking. Would not stay again.
