This hotel needs a refresh. It is a bit run down. On the other hand it has a full kitchen in the room which is a plus especially in Fairbanks which is a city with limited dining options. Staff is polite but not focused on the needs of tourists. Could not help with suggesting activities, etc.

Friendly staff, close to everything.
Hotel was surprisingly warm even at -20F outside.
I will stay here again...
