"It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. Free Wifi. Free breakfast. Note to Management: It might be a good idea to put a clearer sign by the toaster - DO NOT PUT CROISSANTS IN THE TOASTER."

"Very nice room and definitely high standards of cleanliness. If you don’t mind a walk it's not too far from the city centre. Amenities close by. Breakfast was ok. Desk staff good, breakfast staff may have had things going on in their lives as seemed a little down (hope their ok). "

"Stayed here afew times as its in a great location . The hotel , including the rooms are always clean & tidy . Beds are very comfortable with a range of pillows . Two downsides to staying here, the lack of hotel parking & the breakfast can be a bit hit or miss, especially when the hotels really busy . Definitely not worth the price they charge £16 , unless you manage to get a deal ! "

"Very welcoming reception. Room comfortable and clean. Good bed. The old inn buildings historical and interesting and charming. Lovely pub bar with little beer garden in the courtyard. Could offer more variety of beers and nicer wine glasses to up the pleasure of using the bar. "
