Lovely hotel Parking is a bit of distance away so need an easy case to walk along Great for a central stay with views of the cathedral Walkable to canal

Beautiful churches we looked out on and cathedral
Staff lovely with one member of staff walking me virtually to where I needed to go after getting lost

Perfect town centre location. Great social spaces as well as really nice bedrooms. Breakfast was great. Staff were very professional. Can't fault it.

The decor in the room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was ignorant people opposite making a lot of noise after midnight but that doesn’t reflect on the Hotel or its staff. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is only accessible by walking. It is important that you can transport your own luggage. For me that wasn't a problem.

The air con was not great. Unfortunately my room looked out into an atrium. I couldn’t open the window and found the hotel extremely stuffy and hot. Also noisy neighbours which is not the hotels fault but. I do think there should be a policy to keep the noise down after a certain time.

This is an amazing hotel .. beautifully decorated, clean and great entrance area to socialize.
