Very helpful staff. Great location. Comfortable beds and lovely linen. Really quiet room. Yummy breakfast too!
Whole place punching well above it's 3-star grading. Only slight downside is the carpark which is owned by a parking company and cost £16 a day.

The staff were fantastic and the room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. We we're in a room which had facilities for disabled guests which was no problem. The only thing I would say is I think there needs to be a water brush to push the water from the shower down the drain. This is stop your feet getting wet when using the sink and toilet. We had a pizza and nachos from the bar. The pizza was ok but the nachos looked like they were made 3 day's before and reheated. It was a quick meal but Def wouldn't eat there again. It was convenient. Breakfast was nice. I would stay there again great situation.

Location was great close to quay and central Exeter breakfast very good . Glad I stayed here

Parking was very expensive outside the hotel, so we used a cheap council carpark two hundred yards away.
The hotel was pleasant and the staff were friendly - we had an 8 day stay, together with our dog. Breakfast was mostly an excellent selection, but our last morning coincided with an English Bank holiday and the hotel was so full the choice was very limited. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.
