The desk clerk did not relay that the exits would not let you re-enter the bldg. Neither did the desk clerk advise on the guide channel. I’m so disappointed in the city I grew up and still retail rental property on. Sad

Front desk attendant was rude, toilet ran all night so changed room, new room TV didn’t work so changed room again. I Left 1 day early just to save my sanity!! Clean lobby and nice cleaning staff was the only positive.

No room service. No refill of towels & toilet paper. No coffee machine. Breakfast limitate at all, one day personnel let us know they had no merchandise for breakfast that day.

The pool was not available, the fitness center was not available. They both said closed due to maintenance.
