Among arrival, we noticed evidence of bugs, which was made known to the front desk. There was hair and stains in the shower and on the bed linen. The shower handle was malfunctioning, and the water pressure was not consistent. We spoke with the front desk clerk and the housekeeping directly in the early morning about having our sheets changed and the bathroom cleaned, on two separate occasions, and even into the afternoon it was completed. I tipped the housekeeping staff that I spoke to, just to motivate her and ensure that we received services, and we never did. When we returned in the afternoon and services weren’t completed, we had to change rooms because it’s the only accommodation there was to offer. Housekeeping left, after being tipped beforehand, without providing fresh linen for us to sleep on. Even after switching rooms, there was still evidence of bugs. The cameras didn’t work on the floor, so when we experienced a theft, there was no way the hotel staff could help us, not that they offered much help to begin with. Cameras needs to be fixed, whole place needs to be cleaned, and the staff needs more training on how to accommodate and take responsibility for not following up on guests requests

Room smells like cigarettes and the towels in our room were dirty when we told desk we needed clean one they said we had to bring the dirty ones to the desk . Worst experience ever!!!!!

Had an unexpected layover, I chose the property for the shuttle. Very convenient to be picked up and driven back to the airport.

I called in advance to booking to make sure there’s airport shuttle but was told that the service is down when I checked in. What’s more, the hairdryer was broken in my room. This was a really poor stay experience.

The hotel could use some updating. All bath tubs need to have Non-skid strips in the bottom of the tubs. Bath Tubs are Extremely slippery & cause accident(s) could happen. This could cause a lawsuit, NOT A GOOD THING!

I never stayed at this property and they wouldn’t change my date or refund me

It appears shuttle service has been an issue as per previous reviews. PLEASE BE ADVISED: there IS shuttle service to and from the airport BUT you MUST CALL FOR IT upon arrival. This isn’t mentioned anywhere. We had difficulties initially getting phone service, but once we reached the hotel, the STAFF were excellent.! The shuttle arrived within 25 minutes of our request (unfortunately, it took us over an hour to figure this out!) Shuttle service even drove us to the restaurant of our choice nearby after we had checked in. All staff were kind and professional. They made the hotel shine ( even though it was a bit dull, and could use quite a bit of TLC.) A BIG thank you to Comfort Inn front desk service, shuttle drivers ( both night shift, and early morning) and kitchen helper at breakfast too! You ALL work hard, and it shows. Well done😊
