I was very impressed with the hotel. The name ‘comfort hotel’ is the perfect description. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as my elderly and infirm parents required a room close to reception - not far to walk - so she changed the room for easier access.
We chose to have a snack/meal before bed and the receptionist assisted with this also. Sadly I think our meal was cooked using a microwave and were possibly cooked from frozen in packets as the meal was a disappointment. (Not the receptionist fault). Breakfast was great after a comfortable night.

The property was convenient. But it was very noisy at night. Hammering and banging at 2 o’clock in the morning. We were cold in bed and found a spare duvet which we put on the bed but if did not make much difference. No phone or tea coffee making facilities. The room was clean but very shabby. We ate at the hotel and although the choice was limited the food was good. Reception staff whdd ed n we arrived were very friendly. Breakfast choice was not great very limited. No eggs. Just on red selection of cold meat and cheese. We thought for the price it should have been better.

This was a nice hotel. Easy parking, friendly staff and a comfortable room. Was a bit tired tho could do with a fresh lick of paint.

Noisy. Could hear people in the corridor. Talking in other rooms. 2 lights didn’t work. Dirty surface in the bathroom. Paint chipped and bashed. Breakfast was very disappointing - choice and drinks. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Booked due to 24 hours reception which it did have. Staff were really nice
