Check-in lady forgot to have a rollaway bed prepared for us even though she said there were 1 king size bed and another small bed for 3 adults. We had to call from our room to let reception know. Couple of stains in the carpet, otherwise it was a big, clean , nice room with all the amenities. It’s an old hotel, no outlet for cellphones near the bed. AC quite loud and couldn’t get cold enough

Great little one night winter stay

Beautiful views across Lake Geneva in a cute sleepy town. The staff at the Hilton were so friendly - made sure the kids had games and coloring books. Bed was super comfy, rooms were very big. Wish we had used the spa - outdoor pool looked great too but obviously not open in February!

Got tricked into thinking Switzerland currency could be used in France, usually in other places (e.g Austria) they tell you that other currencies that are not euros could not be used there. I overpaid them in the wrong currency and they did not give back the remainder when I told them about it the next day. The bathtub is too high on the inside and it’s too steep trying to get out. One could slip, especially the glass blocking the shower head, it does not close all the way which water got all over the floor. Very dangerous .

We had a great time at your hotel, staff was awesome (speacially Sharlene, very kind and pretty) and the location was very convenient. One thing I could advise is to do a little upgrade in the rooms, the carpet was very filthy and dirty, the bathroom door knob was coming off and the shower door couldn't be completely shut. Thank you for everything!

It is a lovely property in a great location. Two things that could be improved: The carpet in the room was very worn. The wait staff are too quick to remove plates from tables: many times my plate was removed before I had finished my breakfast. And my coffee cup was removed time after time....it was annoying.

Poor service in bistro

Desk staff were good Bistro probably the most disappointing service I have received anywhere in the world Restaurant staff All clustered at the bar ignoring requests for service Food was good but over an hour from ordering without explanation
