If you're not familiar with the area, maybe this isn't the place for you, although it is surprising very save.

For the price I didn't expect much. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. The staff were very nice. BUT, The room was dirty. Counter top near sink was sticky, everything was dusty ,the bed coverings were very worn and the sheet had cigarette burns in it. It was just gross. We were exhausted and didn't know the area so we just stayed. I would never stay here again!

The staff was friendly and well trained. With that being said. It goes way down from there.
The room was not clean. The tables, end tables and tv stand were very dirty. The carpet was sticky, dirty and stained. The police were there multiple times throughout the evening. The neighborhood is rough. I chose this hotel for convenience of the location. Never again. Always read your reviews.

I called the office to make sure my payment got applied to a specific room since the 'reservation' was for a family member who was already staying there. The guy in the office was extremely rude. I said "I'm calling about my reservation." He said "Yeah, so what about it? What about it?!!" Before I could explain why I wanted to confirm since it was an odd situation, he said "You don't need to call, it comes thru automatically!!!!" & he hung up.
When I drove into the parking lot the previous night to visit my family member, I saw a rat on the walkway outside the rooms.

From the outside, I questioned, once inside the room, I had nothing to complain about! Clean, quite.
