Convenient location. Hot tub doesn’t work but warm water is good

The cable has like three working channels and there is no elevator… BUT they let me bring my dog, check in early and Hannah at the desk went out of her way to call me when my room was ready early. Would def stay again!

Room smelled like cat. Roll away bed was rough and uncomfortable

A friend and I took 3 kids to stay the night, we arrived around 5:30-5:45pm. The kids went swimming for around 20 minutes, after, they complained of their throats and eyes hurting and their skin turned red with mild rashes. Definitely too much chlorine in the pool area. The teens had their own room, adjoined to ours, the kids bed had dried blood on the sheets. The manager was called as I requested a refund. The audacity of the manager to ask "why did it take so long for the kids to notice the blood on the sheets?" was shocking. The door knob to the adjoining room came off as I opened the door as well. We left in the middle of the night as the only person who treated us like people was the third shift receptionist. I will be contacting as many higher ups as I have to, to make sure this situation is taken care of. I don't care about getting the refund so much as the amount of complaints about this hotel and for some reason, it's still in business.

Hi Nicole . To begin with we change the sheets and wash them when ever the guest checks out . We had 3 people checked the sheets and that blood was fresh blood . I would like to apologize for the inconvenience .

Amazing stay

We stayed at this hotel for a childs birthday party! We all had a blast. The only thing i wish was different was that there would be more pool towels. We asked the front desk and they told us there was no more towels. Breakfast was amazing! Also when you make the reservation they ask you if you need anything. And i asked for a down stairs room when we got there they told me we were up stairs. I kindly asked if we could get a room down stairs due to not being able to use stairs. She took care of that right away for us.
