Seems the hotel is in mid renovation. Certain areas are great and other are in need of repair.

We stayed in a Hampton Inn and Suites in Pine Bluff last night, everything was clean, in wonderful condition and breakfast was good. Tonight we are staying in a Comfort Inn and Suites for $20 less and the room is dirty (carpet, couch and chair is stained. The building is in need of a lot of TLC. Very disappointed.

Its a nice place but the location is far and there is no scenery. But it does have a hot tub!

The room was comfortable. Breakfast is a nice addition. Staff was friendly.
