Location to campus is key. And the front porch is a lovely place to sit and people watch

Stayed two nights in January. Convenient nice suite. Good restaurant on premises. Great breakfast.
Close to the heart of Evanston and the Lake nearby. Northwestern Campus a couple blocks away.
