The staff was friendly and helpful ..the road noise kept waking me up, the hotel is on a busy street . But very safe location ..

Staff were very accommodating and treated us so well! They made us feel welcomed. Everything was clean. We would definitely stay again!

The room was ok definitely outdated but plenty of space. When I arrived for my stay, the manager was in the phone via speaker talking to an employee about their work schedule. That was extremely unprofessional and did not acknowledge me until way after the 10 minute conversation was over then would stop talking to me to talk to the other workers in the room. it was extremely rude. Customers should always come first.

This property wasn't the cheapest but it should have been.
No elevator for a 2 story hotel. Very narrow staircase which was extremely inconvienent. We put our do not disturb sign up and room was cleaned anyway. Prescription medicine that was left on the table was no longer there.
