There no one in front desk to help 24 -7
If you need help or have any questions is impossible to find someone to help, I never got my champagne that is supposed to be part of my room, really ugly around the hotel

Don’t believe in pics on app

Access to the beach was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was dangerously scalding hot but adding cold water made it wonderful. Coffee available within walking distance. The young office/front desk/restaurant., All two of the ones we actually could find, did everything they could to help us.

Location not convenient if you are not driving by yourself. The receptionist didn’t know English, we can just use Google to communicate during check in time but the other receptionist when I was check out is a bit better. They can’t find my booking n said someone called to cancel, it’s so funny, no clarify n u will cancel the booking? I booked the package is included BBQ dinner, at first they said no because I was cancelled the reservation, wait for long time to solve. Another thing was I booked for 3 pax but the amenities not 3 sets. At last important thing was the wifi not working!

The hotel is nice, but tough to find with no food options available for delivery.
