The window sill was filthy including a dead fly.
The owners dog was eating off the dining table being fed by other guests, that was disgusting.
Cracks in the wall of the room certainly not 4 star.
Way overpriced for what was on offer.
27 dollars for entree T cup size bowl of soup was ridiculous.

Hi Russell,We apologize for the drop off in standard in our cleaning. Our dog is not allowed inside, as a general rule, however we shall be the first to admit he does occasionally sneak in. He is an outdoor border collie that likes to run all day. We were unaware that the guests let him inside and certainly agree that feeding him at the table is not something we condone, however some things we cannot control, as we were unaware of this happening. To be factual, you had a soup and dessert for 26 and your partner had a two course meal for 66. The description on the menu for the soup is "A petite cup of soup" so the description is correct. It is unfortunate your experience was not a positive one, It was unfortunate you were unwell during your stay and left after only staying one night, we were happy to refund your cancelled night.Regards Shelley and Doug

The breakfasts were great the walking trail was beautiful the chalet accommodated our group easily. Great spot!

Such a charming Inn, I would have to say the food served here is absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay here again
