Absolutely beautiful!! Peaceful, quiet, such an easy transaction. Good location. Love the hummingbirds too! Would stay again!

Very beautiful view of the river and the sound would put us to sleep at nights. No A/C but you don’t need it because the weather is so mild. We live in South Texas so we didn’t figure it would be that nice first of June.
