This was a quaint facility, convenient to the town of Estes Park. The staff was pleasant, considerate and helpful. The proximity to highway 7 is pretty close allowing for quite a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t seem to be too much of an issue after midnight. Comfortable beds and nice, clean rooms made this a nice stay!

The staff was super helpful, and the room was perfect. When i come back to Estes Park i will be staying here again.

It was October in Estes Park and the place has no heat to turn on! Room smelled of musty old clothes. Clerk was not very friendly.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and not our last. Staff was terrific. Dated rooms but very clean and out of the hustle and bustle of the city stuff. Convenient to the entrance to RMNP.

Very nice older motel that has been updated. Close to downtown Estes. Clean comfortable place to stay.
