The room was excellent with many amenities. Only 1 snack/pop machine.
Also there was only 1 person ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to get waited on. Long day and my back was killing me.

We are glad you thought the room was excellent and thought it had much to offer. I am sorry you experienced a longer than normal time for assistance.There are 4 soda machines, 2 snack machines, and multiple ice machines for your convenience. This is a large property, sometimes they may not be noticed. Thank you again for staying with us.

Very nice stay for our family. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.

The rooms are definitely not soundproof. The man checking us was unfriendly and abrupt. The room is very small and the decor is old.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, convenient to RMNP and to town. Excellent breakfast. Great value for the price!
