Filled out an Expedia form online asking for an accessible room including specifics about the accessibility only to be told by the front desk staff that I hadn’t. Not the right approach.

The facilities are really great1 Very clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, it seems the hotel was under a high occupancy and they didn't staffed themselves correctly to serve their guests, making it a really bad experience at breakfast (which was an included feature). Also, the personnel at the front desk was not friendly (although they were polite); in my opinion, staff at the front desk and the one dealing with guests should have a very engaging, extrovert and "happy" personality, in order to give the guests the best possible experience. This was not the case, as they seemed as if they didn't like their job or didn't want to be there... if that is the case, then maybe it is better if they are not there!

Coconut pointe seems to have gone down hill Police in area and crime rate has increased, places closed early Property was ok but it had a lot of teenagers who were running in the halls and creating a lot of noise.

It seams you were with us on the weekend we had a group of eight graders who were a bit noisy. I apologize for their noise and can assure you they will not be visiting us in the future. We do not have increased crime or police in the area, it is still beautiful peaceful Estero. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future so you can see we are the same great hotel you have always known. Thank you for your business!

Maybe the rooms and common areas of the property are a little tired but my stay was very comfortable and reasonable.
