Great place, great values kind staff and close proximity to the treats of puerto Banús.

Nothing special mediocre service.

The hotel clearly needs quite a lot of maintenance, large stains on carpets and walls. It was cheap and this reflects the overall condition. I was kept waiting for 30 minites to check in and not offered a drink or given an apology. When I got to my room it was a different configuration to that requested. On switching on the TV a different name came up so not sure I was in the right room. Noisy from other rooms due to the wooden floors.

Room we stayed in was. A suite very good experience breakfast buffet very good All staff very friendly and helpful the suite we stayed in did Not flow but that’s a design error not hotels fault bed was comfortable very spacious All Round fresh towels Daily beds made and turned back daily Jacuzzi was great balcony’s massive Air con worked well Would go back Parking out front was fine Overall 10/10

We booked a suite but was offered an upgrade on the Penthouse which we couldn’t refuse. It was absolutely stunning. Paying that bit extra was well worth it. There was so much space and the views were incredible. Having our own hot tub on days when the weather wasn’t so pleasant was a blessing. Staff were very attentive and friendly and the cocktails were nice if not a bit steep. I will definitely be booking my next trip there, in the coming year.
