Unfortunate broken parking fob and missing ironing board were sorted quickly and easily. Would have been nice to have a small heater to supplement the underfloor heating. Great location - especially for us as attending a funeral in the area.

It’s a lovely apartment, clean and tidy. I didn’t like the fact that a key 🔑 and a manager were not easily available at first, it was stressful to deal with it specially after a long trip. Perhaps next time will be better. Thank you so much for correcting those issues afterwards.

We have a magical Pindora door opening system and of course we try have also alternative options if there is for example no smart phone at use. If there are any issues or questions, we have a 24/7 Customer Service available and we will assist the guest in all questions. Was everything new nothing to complain about it. Also you have your own bathroom, not share as most of the other properties in the same period.

room is clean. kitchen is fully equipped.
place is outside CBD and very quiet / peaceful.
security to access the apartment is excellent (no keys, all using apps, key pins)

Posted 11 Jun 2019 on HotelsWill avoid both hotels.com and Hiisi in the future. Stayed with Hiisi before and it was good but this time they simply messed up my booking.
