The Belsfield Hotel

8/10 Good
"Hotel was perfect location for getting to the lake and getting round the local bars/restaurants and shops. The view from the terrace was stunning and the hotel had lovely architecture. The room was ideal and lake view was gorgeous. Spiderwebs and bugs in the high ceilings were the only thing that let it down (we were staying in room 72). Breakfast had good options and majority of it was lovely. Only comment was the black pudding didn’t seem like it was cooked properly. We ate in the restaurant one night and couldn’t complain at all. I had the fish and chips and was one of the best I had. My partner had the mushroom risotto which was also lovely. But would definitely recommend and stay again"

However the view from the room was amazing, all staff members we dealt with throughout our stay were incredibly helpful. Everything within walking distance, parking was convenient and the hotels pool and spa were great. Will look at staying again next time we come up."
