Smoke smell in the room
Breakfast was good but didnot completely comply with Covid precautions. People were getting breakfast themselves.

A really friendly hotel, with a really friendly and welcoming set of staff who made me feel very welcome. Although the room was quite basic (but for the price I'm not complaining), and could do with some work to it, the bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was also very generous.
Would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel in Erzurum

Excellent staff makes your stay great
Posted 19 Nov 2019 on HotelsExcellent budget hotel, staff speaks English and helps you with all your queries. Its in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of eateries within walking distance.
Staff is amazing, ask them if you need ANYTHING and they will help you out. Restaurants, tourist landmarks, activities, bus info, train info, dolmus info etc.
