Everything so amazing..leave hotel and get chairlift.. Snow wasn't ready, season hasnt open yet but Hotel services extremely good, amazing open buffet breakfast and mountain view and friendly stuff made our getaway priceless.. Worth every penny.. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

Very old I’m comfortable beds. I cold hardly sleep and I had their best room

I left two days early from a month long stay. I felt very uncomfortable in the atmosphere of this hotel. Staff where quite inhumane and aggressive. I regret spending my money here, much happier in a simple hotel

Hotel is ok for skiing of course if skiing facility is working.
Breakfast was very good one the best I had in Turkey in not all inclusive hotels. But staff at front desk don't speak English this is small disadvenatge

Perfect winter stay
Posted 7 Jan 2021 on HotelsExcellent stay with great service, specifically from Memet at the front desk. Most staff don’t speak English, so you might need to translate on your phone if you are a tourist. The breakfast wasn’t the best, considering it was cold and wrapped up due to COVID. The location though is excellent, right at the base of a ski lift and ticket sales centre. Rooms do not have kettles and tea/ coffee, but they are very comfortable. We had a suite which looked out onto the slopes. So quaint and beautiful.

Acceptable stay.
Posted 10 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe hotel requires maintenance, it is a little bit old and it is not well cleaned.
Breakfast it is mostly Turkish standard, no expresso coffee unless you pay for it, no natural juices.
Personal at the hotel are not professionals they are kind and try to do their best, none of them speak English.
Location it is great, ski station it is amazing.
