I expected less for the price. It was very nice. The buffet breakfast was a great variety of item’s. All kinds of coffee.
Only negative is pool closed at 5 pm. That is so inconvenient. During the day we have activities and come back to the hotel and pool is closed. This makes no sense at all. You are not thinking of your customers.

The hotel experience was superb! Our room was upgraded to deluxe for FREE! The foodserved in the morning for breakfast is also delicious. We will surely go back and book the hotel again.

Bed is uncomfortable and smelly. Washroom is small and hazardous hamp between the main hall and washroom door. Front desk agents are not smiling and not pleasant to talk to. I find them they are not happy to work there and the vibes are off ( not warm and I don't feel welcome).
