We have stayed here several times before and almost didn’t this time. The price was slightly higher than other similar suite style hotels. I am always glad when we stay at the residence Inn. They are so responsive to even the smallest issue. We had people in our party with severe food issues and they did an amazing
Job adapting for them at breakfast.

Staff was reluctant to give service. When requesting towels for room was told to come and get them ourselves. People knocking on our door yelling at us. Property was clean. Room was average except for leaking shower ( why we needed the towels). Service was really bad. It was like the staff did not want to wait on us. Surroundings were poor almost hostle.

GR Solaris is always clean friendly, good food selection, love this place, brings us back twice a year.
